At Snow-Redfern Foundation, scholarships are about more than helping a student pay for school. They’re about what happens when a young person realizes someone believed in them—and chose to act on it.

Snow-Redfern’s scholarship process is grounded in relationship sand lived experience. Young people who were once scholarship recipients help review applications, bringing insight, care, and context that only comes from having been there.

Donors are welcome to participate in the review process if they wish, or to support from behind the scenes. Both approaches are valued. What matters most is that decisions are made thoughtfully, with integrity—and with young people at the center.
