Reporting Requirements

When the Snow-Redfern Foundation awards a grant, we enter into a partnership with you that we hope will be congruent with the Snow-Redfern legacy of positively impacting disadvantaged and at-risk youth.

As a primary tool used to measure success and achievement of outcomes, the Final Grant Report strengthens the Foundation’s grant-making program by identifying new directions, community needs, and issues affecting youth.

We ask for your honest, critical attention in completing this report and understand that rarely does anything go completely according to plans. We are interested in what contributed to the success of your project, as well as challenges that made it more difficult to achieve.

For project grants awarded in the fall of 2022, please complete and return this report prior to submission of a new 2023 grant application.
