• The intended impact is to increase the availability of youth as career professionals and leaders for our future.

People

• This grant program’s target audience is partner organizations serving rural communities.
• Grantees will be required to provide a brief final report or attend a closing workshop (virtually) to share learnings.

Process

• One grantee will receive up to $20,000 for a determined project period within a one-year term.
• These are “by invitation only” grants for key partners that already have youth career building initiatives.
